Let’s Do This.

The Seeds Were Planted During Covid Lockdown

“Imagine how much fun it would be if we could set up a table and have a bake sale featuring our goodies?” LOL …Like THAT will ever happen. It was the first weeks of COVID lockdown and we were all doing our best to keep our heads on straight. Cannabutter recipes were exchanged and the edible possibilities sprang forward. We consumed and shared what we made with friends and family. It was how we stayed sane while it seemed the world was going to hell in a handbasket. This all happened right around the time Cannabis was about to become legal here in Connecticut. Never would we have dreamed that by the following Fall, we would have the opportunity to set up a tent, display our edibles and flower and enjoy the weekly High Bazaars happening in Hamden, Connecticut. What a blast! We met so many wonderful, happy patrons and patients. I don’t know who was more gleeful, us or them! These early gigs are where the Mary Jane Socials idea was born. Instead of waking up before sunrise, setting up a tent in the freezing cold and hanging onto our wares for dear life when the winds picked up, we decided private house parties are the way to go.
